Soak Room no. 1
The original Soak Room is currently based inside SOAK, a contemporary wellbeing studio in Bath with a mission to provide a setting and approach to work that includes wellbeing rather than eroding it.
The Soak Room was a crucial design decision within SOAK to honour neurodiversity, sensitivity and creativity through the transformative power of rest and recovery via float therapy.
Piloting the Soak Room was a deep design process to blend together various aspects of wellbeing both in the physical setting and in the customer experience.
The resulting Soak Room is trauma informed and backed by the latest research in neuroaesthetics, nervous system regulation and float therapy.
